We got wonderful news last Friday for every school district across Georgia - the Supreme Court struck down a request by the Harris-Biden administration to allow them enforce their dangerous changes to Title 9, which would allow males to participate in female sports and invade female spaces. While litigation continues in the lower courts, and we must remain vigilant, this is a welcome reprieve from the continued attacks on women and girls by the radical trans-lobby.

While those in support of the far left will argue that the proposed Harris-Biden rules are good things that will help fight sex discrimination, they cannot escape the inherent contradiction in their point of view - Title 9 was enacted in 1972 to protect women, and they can't define what a woman is. To paraphrase the Incredibles, "Everyone can be a woman. And when everyone's a woman, no one will be."

It is unfair that on average, men are stronger than women. It is unfair that on average, women have higher anxiety, and are subject to hormonal cycles that men aren't challenged with. It is unfair that on average, women rank higher in trait neuroticism, and are more affected by negative emotion than men. It is unfair that the bell curve for intelligence is more extreme for men, leading to massive disparities at both ends. It is unfair that on average, women are the primary caregivers at home.

But this point of view makes a fatally flawed assumption - it assumes that men and women are competing against each other, rather than working together as a team.

We are a dimorphic species, and the distinction of male and female isn't just about reproduction, it's about protecting and nurturing the fruits of that reproduction, building families, societies, and civilizations. This means the sacrifice of many men to dangerous and dirty jobs, on violent and bloody battlefields, and in labors away from loved ones to provide for families. And it also means the sacrifice of many women to duties of childbirth, labors at home, and the constant anxiety that comes from being more physically vulnerable than men.

Title 9, and the safe spaces we build for girls and women, are a tribute we pay in recognition of the burdens borne by females. It is a way to honor their sacrifices, and give them some respite from a dangerous world. When we violate that safety, when we invade those safe spaces with XY chromosomes, and the aggression and violence driven by testosterone, we end up with olympic women beaten by men on TV being called "sport", rather than "crime".

Without men stepping up to act as providers and protectors, civilizations fall to barbarians. And without women stepping up to bear children and nurture future generations, civilizations slowly die off and collapse. Men and women are playing a team sport, not an individual one, and the attempts to erase the category of women means we all lose.

Again, I beg the board to help support the litigation against the Harris-Biden erasure of women in any way they can.

And so on that note, thank you very much for your time, and again, I'd love to buy lunch for anyone who disagrees with me.
