The government on Monday confirmed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming visit to Ukraine, highlighting New Delhi's resolve for a peaceful resolution in the ongoing conflict between Moscow and Kyiv.

PM Modi will visit Poland on August 21, followed by a visit to Ukraine on August 23, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said. He will be the first Indian Prime Minister to visit Ukraine since the establishment of bilateral relations between the two countries.
