cabbage (500 grams).
3 pecoli onions
2 cloves garlic.
60g mushrooms
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (20 ml).
2 eggs.
3 tablespoons flour (70 grams).
1 teaspoon chili flakes.
1 teaspoon thyme.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon salt (8 grams).

for frying
1 cup vegetable oil (90 ml).

For the sauce
3 tablespoons yogurt (150 grams).
2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Oregano
