Hey peeps, it's Lisa Jo, your essential oil girl, and today I'm here with my boyfriend for an update! He drove me over to the recreation center to try out the hot tub, and it was awesome! But something interesting happened that I just had to share. While I was relaxing, I noticed three young ladies, possibly teenagers or in their early 20s, who were chatting for a minute. Then, suddenly, they all got on their phones and stopped communicating with each other.

It was so strange to see them put up these invisible walls while sitting so close together. It made me think about how we interact with our devices and each other. I didn't have my phone with me, so I was fully present in the moment. It was an eye-opening experience, and it made me realize the importance of being mindful of our interactions.

So, if you're in a group, maybe try putting the phone down and connecting with those around you. We can do better!
