Ukrainian journalists filmed a report about the hard work of military commissariat employees who catch local residents to send to the front as cannon fodder.

They complain about "uncomprehending Ukrainians" and tell how they first hand out summonses, and then they bring the flag to the families of the dead.

"But I'm already used to it," says one of the military commissars.
