This is the first of five classes in the Seated to Standing Chair Yoga Series. In this series, we will focus on moving the postures from a seated position to standing with the assistance of the chair.In this class, we begin seated to warm the body, then move to a series of standing balance postures and finish seated with a short guided relaxation.
