So at 9.39, to the best of your information, JFK Jr. made a contact with the airport, with the flight controllers,

We have seen that at precisely 9.39, the plane had stopped descending and paused at 2,500 feet.

And Burgund reports that it was at this precise moment, 9.39, that Kennedy did in fact contact the tower.

The plane was still executing the turn and was not yet on final approach.
If he had said 9.40, he'd have been wrong. The plane was on its way into the water.
How was he able to identify the exact minute that the plane was holding at 2,500 feet, waiting to get clearance from the tower before descending?
He had to have gotten that information from FAA flight personnel in the tower at Martha's Vineyard Airport, that Kennedy indeed contacted the tower at 9.39.

We acknowledge there are criminals, of course. They rob your house. They steal your phone. They can murder you too if they think they can get away with it.
We have all experienced criminals in one way or another.
Criminals, as we know, are those who choose personal gain over the rights of others and have no regard for the law.
But here's where you need to expand your thinking.
Criminals can also succeed in business and politics, and can be elected as our leaders.
If a criminal became the president, imagine what they could achieve.

A criminal president could create alliances with other criminal presidents, and then collaborate on more global criminal activities.

We have always accepted these things as just human nature, and simply the way the world works.

At 938, the plane, while still descending, began a slight turn to the right so that it was headed due east, lining itself up with the southern coast of Martha's Vineyard.
This was John's favorite approach to the Martha's Vineyard airport since it allowed him to fly over his mother's home on the southern shore where he spent many childhood summers.
At 938 and 20 seconds, the plane completed the turn and stopped its descent.
The plane was now at 2200 feet, but it's against FAA regulations for a plane to fly below 2500 feet without first contacting the tower.
So in a manner which is absolutely typical of John's carefulness in following procedures, he brought the plane back up to 2500 feet.
At 938 and 50 seconds, with wings level, the plane was on final approach with 14 miles to go to the airport.
At 200 miles per hour, the plane would land in about five minutes.
At 939, John contacted the tower. We don't know how long this conversation lasted, but at 940 and 15 seconds, one minute and 15 seconds later, the plane suddenly dove out of the sky, falling 2500 feet in 45 seconds, crashing into the water at 200 miles per hour.

This question of radio contact with the Martha's Vineyard tower is enormously important for a couple of reasons.
You see, whenever you contact air traffic control, your particular radar blip is then entered into the FAA's air traffic computer system.
If anywhere on your flight path, your plane should happen to descend below 100 feet, the computer will immediately set off an alarm at the FAA traffic control facility.
So therefore, as a result of Kennedy's 939 radio contact with the tower, the plane should have set off a low altitude alarm in the FAA's traffic control offices when the plane descended below 100 feet.
The FAA should have begun the search at 940 when this low altitude alarm went off. They knew before the plane hit the water.
FAA regulations also require that a search be begun anytime a plane contacts the tower on its final approach and then fails to land within five minutes.
As a result of John Kennedy's radio contact with the tower then, the FAA also should have begun a search at 944 when John Kennedy's plane failed to land.
How long did it take the FAA to begin searching the approaches to the Martha's Vineyard Airport?

If this outrageous delay was actually part of a criminal conspiracy, then it's obvious that this information about John Kennedy contacting the tower would have to be disappeared.
And it was disappeared. At 1230, Bergen was removed. He was silenced. He disappeared from any further reports of any kind.
In fact, all government agencies, including the FAA and the Coast Guard, suddenly went silent and reporters were now referred to the Pentagon.
That's right. Suddenly the Pentagon became the center for reporting what was supposedly a peacetime activity of search and rescue resulting from a peacetime accident.
Alright, we're told the Pentagon news conference is about to get underway. Let's go there right now.
This is an easily used facility, both the Department of Defense and the Coast Guard, to try to describe to you what the...
The Pentagon overtly took control of the news reporting of the crash. This was certainly extraordinary.
And Lieutenant Colonel Steve Roark was brought out to do the official lying.
I only know for sure that they did not talk to the tower at Martha's Vineyard.
No need to mention Todd Bergen's report because it now officially never happened. Nothing to see here, folks. Now let's move on.
Along the route they may have spoken to somebody, but certainly not at Martha's Vineyard.
Certainly not at Martha's. They never made contact with the tower at Martha's Vineyard.
That's my understanding.
Colonel Roark is lying. There's no way that Bergen's report could be false. None.
The news people didn't believe Roark for one second and they continued all through the day to report what Bergen had told them.
We arrived at Martha's Vineyard at 10 o'clock and as we've been telling you all afternoon, his last contact with Martha's Vineyard Airport was apparently at 939 with air traffic controllers.
About 17 miles off of Martha's Vineyard and that is now.
Of course, if they wanted to make Bergen's report go away, the killers also had to shut down the honest people at FAA who had told Bergen about the tower contact. And they did.
Do you have any knowledge about that or whether they contacted Otis or whether they contacted any of their tower within the region?
No, I do not have any more information and the FAA would be a better point of contact. I have time for one more question.
I'm waiting to hear from the Federal Aviation Administration on anything they might add as a result of listening to the tapes, the conversations between the transmissions between the airplane,
John F. Kennedy Jr.'s airplane and air traffic controllers on the ground.
It would be really interesting to hear from the Federal Aviation Administration.
They must have by now listened to the audio tapes of the air traffic controllers' conversations with JFK Jr.'s airplane from the time that it left.
I'm surprised that we haven't heard anything from the FAA just yet.
Hopefully we will hear something from them soon that will give us an indication of what might have gone wrong.
From the radar screens, the FAA has said nothing this afternoon. We've only heard from the Coast Guard officials and for the Civil Air Patrol people.
But this is what we have.
... with JFK Jr.'s plane.
This report by the official Coast Guard spokesman was probably the most significant piece of information that appeared in the early reports and was then washed away.
But it certainly wasn't the only piece of professional on-the-scene reporting that was disappeared from the news by the conspirators of the Pentagon.
When it comes to airline crashes, many consider JFK Jr.'s accident an open-shut case.
But personal friends at Martha's Vineyard that weekend told us the weather reports in the media were completely false.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
When we looked at the NTSB report, we certainly came up with more questions than answers.
In fact, some say JFK Jr. is still alive today.
We'll get to that in a bit.
So here are 10 weird facts about JFK Jr.'s final flight.

Number 10. The quick cremation.
In a shocking turn, without the family's consent, JFK Jr. and the Bessette sisters were cremated and cast from a warship into the ocean.
JFK Jr. and the Bessette sisters were Catholics, and Catholics normally do not get cremated.
The decision to carry out these rights was made at the behest of Pentagon brass.
And it's important to note that the Department of Defense rarely accords the honor of burial at sea to civilians.
In fact, one might recall another suspicious burial at sea, Osama bin Laden.
But it's not just the cremation that raised eyebrows. It was the rushed autopsy.
The coroner completed three autopsies that night in less than four hours.
Critics say that is clearly preposterous and shows the investigation was flawed from the beginning.
Number 9. The time gaps.
On July 16, 1999, JFK Jr. took off in his plane with his wife Carolyn and his sister-in-law, Lauren Bessette.
The plane took off at 8.38 p.m. and at 9.39, upon its approach to Martha's Vineyard, the plane dropped 4,700 feet per minute and crashed into the ocean.
What many find strange is that it took 15 hours for the Coast Guard to begin searching for the plane.
Friends at the Martha's Vineyard Airport notified an airport employee who called the FAA.
When the FAA failed to respond, Senator Edward Kennedy himself called them at 11 p.m. to say his nephew's plane was missing.
When the FAA still hadn't done anything, the Coast Guard was contacted directly at 2 a.m.
And at 7 a.m. that next morning, Senator Kennedy called Bill Clinton's chief of staff.
It wasn't until 1 p.m. the next day that the Coast Guard officially began their search.
Why did it take so long?
Number 8, the missing passenger.
JFK Jr. was running a magazine at the time called George.
At lunch with his co-editor, JFK Jr. mentioned that he probably was going to bring a flight instructor along with him on his flight to Martha's Vineyard
because he was recovering from a foot injury and wanted to have someone else as a co-pilot.
What's strange is that JFK Jr.'s flight log was missing, according to the NTSB report.
And one of the plane seats could not be found amidst the wreckage.
Many conspiracy theorists allege this missing seat belonged to a fourth unacknowledged passenger.
And if that doesn't raise your eyebrows, consider this.
JFK Jr. was flying a Piper Saratoga plane, which is equipped with an in-flight recorder.
But in a very convenient twist, the battery was removed from the device,
making all recorded conversation in the cockpit unavailable.
Number 7, mysterious helicopters.
Even though the Coast Guard, as we mentioned, didn't officially begin searching until 1 p.m. on July 17th,
a number of witnesses saw mysterious helicopters around the crash site early that morning.
Who did these helicopters belong to?
But that's not the only strange occurrence.
At 3.40 a.m. the next morning, the Coast Guard picked up an emergency beacon and started to track it,
but then gave up and reversed course.
The location of the signal was far from the spot that Kennedy's plane was ultimately found.
So the question is, did another plane crash that night?
Moreover, even though JFK Jr.'s black box was pinging out a signal,
it still took the Coast Guard five days to find the plane.
Was this a matter of sheer incompetence or clear evidence of a cover-up?
Number 6, the weather.
Reading the news reports at the time, they all painted a picture of a reckless JFK Jr.
who took his wife and sister-in-law on a flight when the weather was terrible.
In fact, many newspapers reported there was significant haze that evening.
None of that could have been further from the truth.
The tower manager told the NTSB that conditions were good that evening
with 10 to 12 miles visibility, no fog and no adverse conditions.
Consider also that JFK Jr. had 18 years of flight experience and more than 700 hours of total flight time.
If he had just used the autopilot feature on the plane,
it would have guided him to within 100 feet of the runway.
Why did so many media outlets misreport the actual weather conditions that evening?
Was it sloppy journalism or filling in a pre-written narrative?
Number 5, the white flash.
A reporter with a local Martha's Vineyard newspaper was walking on a beach that night
and gave an interview to a local TV station.
In it, he claimed to see a "bright white flash" in the sky
at the same time that Kennedy's plane went down.
Another witness, a Pennsylvania lawyer, heard an explosion at the same time
and said it sounded like the impact of a bomb.
He told local police who went out with him the very next day.
The location that lawyer identified matched exactly where JFK Jr. had indicated to air traffic control
that his position was at 9.39 p.m.
Shortly thereafter, the Pentagon took control of the investigation,
which was odd seeing as though JFK Jr. was not flying a military plane.
One possible explanation for the Pentagon's involvement is number 4, the mysterious boat.
Sources close to the Kennedy family say that his death was initially investigated as a murder.
In fact, in the days after the crash, multiple sources say that FBI agents fanned out all over the Caldwell, New Jersey area
going to convenience stores and seeing if anyone had recently purchased epoxy.
This ties into a report from a French investigative magazine
which say that a pilot at the airport heard a weird noise coming from JFK Jr.'s plane right as it took off.
The FBI also found some suspicious boating activity in the area where his plane was headed.
They found an unusual number of batteries in the fisherman's boat,
and they were pretty suspicious because they said, "Eh, we're fishing for striped bass."
The only problem is there's no bass in that area of Long Island Sound.
Who were these men, and was this lead, ever investigated?
Number 4, the missing videotapes.
According to reports, videotapes were made of the plane on the bottom of Long Island Sound.
The problem is they were all destroyed.
The footage allegedly show that every bulb, including the emergency flashlight, every circuit board,
including the engine sensors and other electronic equipment, had literally been melted.
FBI investigators on the scene first concluded that a massive electromagnetic event caused Kennedy's plane to crash.
Did this extreme power surge have anything to do with the mysterious boat full of batteries?
How did these videotapes simply vanish, and who would have the power and the position to make that evidence disappear?
Consider number 2, the Senate run.
Was it possible that JFK Jr. was contemplating a run for the Senate?
That would have been a big problem for former First Lady Hillary Clinton.
With JFK's Kennedy roots and his killer smile, he would have been a formidable opponent in a runoff.
In fact, some reports claim that Newsweek had a story ready for its July 26th edition that JFK was entering into the political arena.
But the story was spiked.
Who did it, and why did they spike the story?
In fact, the 2004 book Sons of Camelot also claimed that JFK Jr. wanted to see.
But let's face it, Hillary Clinton is always involved in some wacky theories.
But when it comes to motive, many say the real culprit behind JFK Jr.'s death was someone much, much bigger.
The very folks behind his father's assassination.
Number 1, the Deep State.
According to sources, JFK Jr. was looking for an investigative journalist to look at some suspicious assassinations.
Not just his father's, but also the Rabin assassination.
In fact, JFK Jr. met with high-ranking Israeli and Mossad officials to discuss that case.
He interviewed the mother of Rabin's alleged assassin and came away with more questions than answers.
He also hired Oliver Stone to write an article for his new magazine called Our Counterfeit History.

They sent it to the top of the banking system. Also to the Oval Office. To Brussels. To the Vatican. To the Crown.
They crept in quietly. They became leaders of agricultural companies who have control over our food supply.
Also big pharmaceutical companies. The ones we trust to help us when we're sick.
Nobody stopped them and they just recruited more criminals to help them.
First they accumulated the world's wealth. They invented a system of money called central banking, which lends money to governments with interest placing countries into eternal debt.
People's wealth got less. Their wealth got more. Much more.
When a criminal is already as rich as they can get, then protecting their ill-gotten gains becomes the priority.
Angry citizens tired of being poor are a major obstacle and can revolt if they suffer enough.
The criminals needed to prevent this. So they diverted attention to the last remaining competitor.
The people of the world. You and me.

Some good people still held positions of power.

and when people started carrying tracking devices, an opportunity to put an end to criminal control over the world was emerging.

But so did they.
They became dependent, just like we did, on email, SMS, instant communication.
It made crime much easier, but it also put them on a grid that, if accessed by the right people,
would expose their crimes to the public and end their iron grip on us once and for all.
In this new age of information, it was thought that the military should also have its own intelligence agency to focus on cybercrime and espionage.
They called this the NSA, the National Security Agency.
Here we had every phone call, email, and text from every device stored and archived.
Whether it be someone making a doctor's appointment, or the deep state setting up a massive heroin purchase from the Taliban.
In the right hands, it would be enough information to expose the entire sinister criminal plot to rub us blind and wipe us out.
Hold that thought, now I need to explain the plan.
The good guys were devising a plan to reclaim the world from the cabal and return it to the people.
It would involve alliances with multiple countries, since the criminals had global ratlines, trade, and other infrastructure in place that would meet their cooperation.
It came down to two choices for America.
Launch a military coup to seize the government from whichever cabal puppet was in the White House at the time.
Or win legitimately, take control of the NSA, expose the criminals for what they are, and arrest them all.
Obviously, the first option would be very troubling for the public.
With people still preoccupied with cabal engineered social issues, they would likely revolt, and hurt themselves and others.
No, it would have to be the latter.
So they needed a candidate who could win, and who could win big.
Many states like California had been so heavily inundated by criminals that even the voting machines were electronically set up to swing votes any which way.
It would need to be a very decisive victory.
The patriots in the US military, and their global partners, asked Trump to run for president so they could take back control of America legitimately without alarming the public.
Trump was a good choice, obviously, because he overcame the vote of fraud and won.
But he was a patriot, and he was loved and admired by the public.
He was not interested in joining the cabal, because they hated America and he did not agree with them on that point.
As soon as he showed interest in taking power, they activated their media assets to viciously turn on him.
That's when we saw the sudden hatred emerge.
Even when he won, the cabal still had no idea what he was a part of, and a sophisticated plan that was about to unfold against them.
Shocked at their loss, they mobilized their full arsenal of intelligence, media, money, and technology to try and take back power.
There are people at the top of the DOJ and FBI that have put together a plan to frame Trump and have him impeached.
This is where we come back to the NSA again.
All messages were stored and could be used to expose this plot and prevent Trump's overthrow.
An entire book will be written about the first two years of Trump's presidency.
False flag terror attacks, downed planes, missile alerts, assassination attempts.
Here is the point.
The world is currently experiencing a dramatic covert war of biblical proportions.

The next major advantage of the pandemic for the Deep State was the case made to the public for mail-in voting,
a highly insecure practice proven to be rampant with fraud.
Just as the public saw in one such example when a former Philadelphia judge pled guilty to stuffing ballot boxes
after being paid by what he called a Democrat political consultant.
With a rapidly rising death toll needed to make the case to the public for even harsher control,
normal influenza deaths for the year were recorded as COVID-19, artificially inflating the numbers.
But this was only the beginning.
When this did not yield enough fatalities, the Deep State initiated a murderous plan to defy federal guidelines
and to move infected patients into nursing homes where the highest-risk age group could be found in large numbers.
The Deep State governors of New York, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, and Michigan
oversaw what can only be described as a genocide of our elderly loved ones,
even as the quickly constructed field hospitals and medically equipped Navy ships stood mostly empty.

Depression and loneliness became the new epidemic,
all designed to create the social conditions needed for what was to come next in their despotic plan

Immediately upon reports of a flattening curve and a reduction in new cases, the mysterious murder of George Floyd hit the headlines.
What was presented to the public as a routine instance of racially motivated police brutality
turned out to be a strange and coincidental series of events involving two men who once knew each other working security in a nightclub.
This event provided the justification for the next chapter in their coordinated insurgency against the United States.
The goal was to inflame civil unrest along racial lines on an emotional platform of social justice.
A divided house cannot stand, and the enemy knew this all too well.
Black Lives Matter was funded and designed by the corrupt Democrat establishment as a social weapon
to draw crowds of well-meaning protesters into harm's way,
using them as human shields while they pushed the savage insurrection on city streets.
This was intensified even further by folding in the violent paramilitary group, Antifa,

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser even called for the elimination of the White House fence,

And on June 22nd, Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff proposed a House bill to amend United States Code Title 18
that would prohibit the use of military force in the event of civil unrest,
an obvious attempt to weaken the Commander-in-Chief's ability to defend the public from the planned insurrection,
which was intended to play out over the weeks and months leading up to the election.
Attorney General William Barr has appointed the U.S. Attorney in Connecticut to investigate...
The pandemic was also providing cover of a different kind.
Taking place behind the scenes at the Justice Department is a far-reaching investigation
into the Obama administration's weaponization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court
to spy on Trump and his associates during the transition of power.
With evidence now emerging that Obama officials, including Joe Biden and Obama himself,
colluded to frame General Michael Flynn, they used social distancing guidelines to hold grand juries
and give witnesses the cover of health fairs to avoid honoring court-ordered subpoenas.
What you are witnessing is the dying breaths of a hidden enemy responsible for over a century of embedded corruption
that has been slowly destroying our republic from the inside.
