HAARP-CIA Director publicly admits to using chemtrails. I thought it was just a conspiracy theory?

Chemtrails are not designed to stay in the atmosphere, they add pollution for us and plant life to breath in, they slowly kill bees and everything they come in contact with, which is EVERYTHING!!!
