This comedy / horror took just under 58 hours to upscale to HD at 60fps in both colour and its original black & white.

I have added a 5-minute intro at the beginning that shows part of the enhancement process. The film is upscaled from SD to 4K, and the frame rate more than doubled from 24fps to 60fps. To cut out some of the blur, I also used AI facial enhancement, which adds a little more facial detail.

You can see the difference in the enhancement process clip.

Note: AI colourisation isn't perfect. You may see grey body parts and wrongly coloured objects at times. If you don't like it, you have the option to skip to the black and white version.

If you don't want to watch the enhancement process, you can skip to 00:05:54 to watch the colourised version or 01:11:27 for the restored black & white version.

I hope you enjoy it!

In the 1959 film "A Bucket of Blood," directed by Roger Corman and starring Dick Miller, Barboura Morris, and Antony Carbone, a dimwitted busboy named Walter Paisley works at a beatnik cafe. Walter accidentally kills a cat and covers it in plaster, passing it off as a sculpture. The "art" gains unexpected acclaim, leading to a rising demand for more of Walter's work. Desperate to maintain his newfound status, Walter begins committing murders to create more lifelike sculptures, ultimately spiraling into a macabre and tragic pursuit of artistic success. This dark comedy satirizes the art world and the quest for fame.
