2022's Twitter, FB, YouTube eliminated THIS Harald Walach video. Learn his Covid Courage
In my interview with Harald Walach, we explored his critical perspectives on COVID-19, especially regarding the overhyped vaccine narrative and the unnecessary mask mandates for children. Walach is not just any researcher—he holds two PhDs, one in Clinical Psychology from the University of Basel and another in the History of Science from the University of Vienna. His extensive academic background and critical approach make him a formidable figure in alternative medicine and science. Throughout his career, he has fearlessly tackled complex issues, and his work on the pandemic was no different.
In June 2021, Walach’s first study, published in *Vaccines*, raised serious concerns about the risks of COVID-19 vaccinations, suggesting that the data was being misrepresented. Instead of welcoming the study as part of an important scientific discussion, the journal cowardly retracted it. It wasn’t Walach who pulled back—it was the journal, buckling under the pressure of political scrutiny and a desire to avoid controversy. Five members of the editorial board resigned in protest when the study was retracted, an action that underscores the lack of courage in facing legitimate scientific debate.
His second paper, published in *JAMA Pediatrics*, questioned the effectiveness and necessity of mask mandates for children, a demographic at minimal risk from COVID-19. The journal, once again, demonstrated its cowardice by pulling the paper within days, not because the data was flawed, but because it challenged the prevailing pandemic orthodoxy. With hindsight, many now see that forcing children to wear masks for extended periods may have been misguided, especially considering the negative effects on their mental and developmental health.
The fact that both studies were retracted speaks volumes about the journals’ inability to stand by scientific inquiry in the face of controversy. Instead of letting Walach’s research spark the debate it deserved, they chose the easy route, silencing the conversation. This is not the mark of a healthy scientific community, but one terrified of dissent. Walach’s findings, particularly his questioning of vaccine risks and mask mandates for children, have since gained traction as more evidence emerges about the complexities of both issues.
This interview revisits his research and his unwavering commitment to seeking the truth. We present his theories logically and thoughtfully, encouraging others to engage critically rather than resorting to censorship. Platforms like X.com and Rumble, which promote open discourse, allow these important conversations to continue, free from the fear-driven cowardice of the journals that originally silenced them.
Debate is essential to progress, and as Walach’s work shows, shutting down discussion only hinders our understanding of complex issues. It’s time we let these ideas breathe.
