In this Chair Yoga for Building Strength class, we focus on strengthening postures. We remain seated for this class and work a lot with the legs and abdomen. For the Breath Work portion, we revisit Alternate Nostril breathing, practicing both on the inhalations and exhalations separately. We end with a short Guided Breath Meditation.
