Kamal Obeid: Kamal Obeid, holds a master’s degree in civil and structural engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He has been a practicing engineer for 44 years and a licensed structural engineer for the last 39 of those years. Obeid has designed and retrofitted numerous steel-frame buildings.
