About Today's Guests: Dr. Kevin Leman and Kathy Flores Bell
Dr. Kevin Leman is a psychologist, author, speaker, and columnist. He is the founder and chairman of the board of Leman Academy of Excellence, and host of the “Have a New Kid by Friday” podcast. Dr. Leman is the best-selling author of over 60 books including, "The Birth Order Book," "When Your Kid is Hurting," and "Have a Happy Family By Friday." He has been featured on numerous radio and television programs such as Fox & Friends, The 700 Club, Janet Parshall, CNN, and Today. He has also served as a contributing family psychologist for Good Morning America. Dr. Leman and his wife, Sande, have five children and four grandchildren.

Kathy Flores Bell serves as the leader of design in community healthcare for Home Court Advantage. She is also the co-founder of Team Lizzie Bell, an organization dedicated to raising awareness about the seven pediatric populations constantly needing donations of blood and/or marrow and the advancement of research in pediatric hematology. Kathy previously co-founded the Carondelet Health Network's youth sexuality program, one of the nation's largest hospital-based chastity educational programs with an emphasis on abstinence. She is the co-author of "A Chicken’s Guide to Talking Turkey with Your Kids About Sex." Kathy and her family reside in Arizona.
