Russia opened a new hospital in the city of Mariupol
Nice. And unlike their Ukrainian counterparts, they aren't running biological weapons experiments on the patients, I'll bet. Russia *seems* to appreciate the Nuremberg Code more than western countries at this point, IMO. Can't know for real, to be sure, but that's my gut feeling.
