Chair Yoga for Shoulders With Breathwork - CCY Journey - Day 2 - 27 Minute Class

Chair Yoga for Shoulders is the second video of our Complete Chair Yoga Journey, we focus on warming and then opening the shoulder joints. We also add some Vinyasa or one breath, one movement postures afterwards.Then for the Breath Work portion, we reintroduce the Ujjayi breath (Also called victorious or ocean breath) with diaphragmatic breathing. And we finish with a short guided relaxation.
