Scoop mark on my left shin August 17, 2024

Scoop marks are small marks or surgeries that appear on the bodies of experiencers (those who believe that they are being taken). This is a common thing with me. I was preparing to shower in the morning when I spotted this scoop mark on my left shin. My leg was covered with heavy jeans and I could not have done this myself. The date was August 17, 2024 and the wound was fresh. My alarm is set daily for 5:30 am so it occurred sometime between midnight and then.
I have attempted to set up surveillance with a camera but it failed to operate.
