Hopefully the 'normal' general public will start to realise and understand that this can, and will affect anyone and everyone. It doesn't matter what background you're from, who you are, how much money you have, what credentials you have, there is a good possibility and chance that you/they will become a Targeted Individual

Today we had the absolute please of catching up with David Ruble and Josh. They had an amazing back and forth that was wonderful to see, a little scary in the beginning!! When you're speaking on levels about microwave weaponry, signals, vibrations, frequencies etc. There are bound to be discrepancies with the level these guys were chatting at. I am so grateful to David and Josh, and of course everyone who joined us, it is a TI Talk that shouldn't be missed.
