Russia strikes Kyiv and denies indirect talks with Ukraine

Russia struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles, officials in the capital said, as Ukraine continued its incursion into Kursk. Moscow denied reports that invasion, the biggest of Russia since World War Two, had derailed any indirect talks with Kyiv. Lucy Fielder has more.
