Corruption Within Long Beach Police Department

This is video footage of the unlawful arrest of my brother (An ARMY Veteran) & I (An Active Correction Officer) by a CORRUPT Sergeant (post promotion to lieutenant) acting under the color of law (professional capacity while OFF-DUTY), who responded to a noise complaint, created a situation then ordered the arrests of two law abiding Americans. Proceeded to contact my department with a fabricated story intentionally attempting to defame my character. The New York Attorney General & the United States Department of Justice both refused to look over this case involving an tyrannical authoritarian law enforcement officer, who UNDER OATH perjured himself NUMEROUS times, entirely contradicting the testimonies of MY arresting officer, who was under the “supervision” & following direct orders. Being a LEO myself, enduring this process & seeing it through, with zero consequences for someone in a position of power with subordinates, truly allows me to see the corruption within the legal system.
