Barbie and Ken at the Ball!

A number four Barbie (1960) and a first addition Ken (1961) meet at a grand ball. The ballroom backdrop is from the ‘Barbie and Ken Little Theater’ that came out not long after Ken made his debut. Ken’s outfit is an original 1961 tuxedo, and Barbie’s is one I constructed from a damaged Barbie wedding gown. I dyed the fabric and reconfigured it into a ball gown.
