Another Bad Seed... Company

Today, investigate Pacific Seed Bank.
A place I've ordered from & recommended, numerous times.
I've had mixed results from them, but was overall very satisfied.

Apparently, things arent going so well & I try to figure out what happened & exactly when it happened.
