Pachinko Star Minha Kim Reveals the Changes Coming in Season 2

The thoughtful Minha Kim (or Kim Min-ha) spoke to MovieWeb about the second season of the acclaimed Apple TV+ series. Pachinko. She discusses the changes that her character, the young adult version of Kim Sunja, undergoes in Season 2 and how she had to adapt to the twists and turns. Pachinko stars @minhakim6963 in an international historical epic that explores four generations of a Korean family, starting from 1915 to 1989. Its main storyline begins in 1931, when Sunja leaves her family in Korea under Japanese rule, to move to the Koreatown of Osaka, Japan, and start a new life there. Season 2 continues the never-ending struggle between Sunja’s head and her heart, duty and desire, and survival and respectability.
