After my last video on the best freestanding pull up bars i was asked about this portable pull up bar so decided to buy this and do a gravity fitness pull up bar review, let you lot know what it's like to help you decide if its worth your money. Gravity fitness have a lot of calisthenics equipment and I will in the future be reviewing there XL parallettes and also their weighted vest so make sure to subscribe for that. The gravity fitness pull up bar is very similar to the pull up mate portable pullup bar and a lot of the information on this video will be comparing it to that as they are another great portable pull up bar that is freestanding too.
