Momma Said, There'd be Days like THIS

Our Kayak Fishing on the Holston River, started off with plenty of water, fast current and so much floating grass I could have fed the cattle for the Winter! The water level didn't drop until the afternoon and the fishing didn't pick up until after we left the river! (just Guessing) Thomas did land a couple decent fish (17.75' was his biggest) but I couldn't get the bigger ones to look at anything I offered them. This was our lowest total and size fish we've had in over 2 years on the Holston.
