450 grams of cauliflower
Hi! Do you love cauliflower?
Season the cabbage with cold water and salt
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
Bring to a boil and remove from the stove
3 cloves of garlic
a spoonful of butter
Fry for 1 minute on medium heat
a bunch of spring onions
Add cauliflower and sauté for a few minutes
5 eggs
a pinch of salt
50 ml milk + 1 tbsp yoghurt/sour cream
black pepper to taste
Fry for 3-5 minutes on medium/low heat
~ 70g Suluguni
Cook for 2-4 more minutes
The incredibly delicious breakfast is ready!
