Goodman lines up Flash with Shot-Suspects it comes from Laser Rangefinder inside used by Greg Nicol

"I did another stabilization to make this easier for people to view. The dot stays locked in place in the window even as BWC2-122110 shakes erratically as the officer runs. I suspect this is Greg Nicol operating a laser rangefinder or some other electronic device. Remote spotter?"
