"If you take the current rate of progress and you just project it out, we fall far far short of meeting our goals...we have to break the current path and you know emissions have not gone down yet. The rate at which they're going up has gone down, so rich countries, like the UK's that a third of the per person emissions when it was a very coal oriented place and now it actually uses almost no coal year round so it's a third per person. That's the kind of thing we need to do globally to get anywhere near to our goals."
