In this video I show you how I was able to learn the full splits in 30 days of stretching, using a short, simple and straightforward stretching routine I prepared. This routine allowed me to increase the flexibility of my body and achieve the full splits in just a few weeks as a complete beginner! :)

I was never the most flexible person in the world, but I always admired the ability to do the splits and wanted it. Then one day I decided to take on the challenge and learn how to do the full splits as quickly as possible (while still being safe!). And with a little dedication and a lot of effort, I was able to increase my flexibility by a surprising amount in just 4 weeks! I hope you enjoy the video and find value in it!

This is the first time I've done something like this (recording, editing and speaking in a video) and although it was a difficult, slightly embarrassing and sometimes frustrating process, I really enjoyed it and am proud of the end result.
