Walt Disney World Wrongful Death Lawsuit stopped by Disney+ terms & Agreement Policy

A lady in August 2023 had died shortly after having dinner at a irish pub in Disney Springs complex that’s owned by Disney they made it very clear she had deadly allergic allergies and wanted to make sure the food would be safe for the lady Kanokporn Tangsuan they was told anything could be made allergy free when they was brought there food only half of the items had allergy free flags on them they then went shopping after there meal as she was abruptly stopped due to anaphylactic shock And her Epinephrine Penn, what is unsuccessful and she died while still on Walt Disney land property funny how any other amusement park would be an open and shut case and they would pay out Hefty but no, not when it comes to the #1 amusement park they have a movie app and because of that said movie app completely binds all users until death if anything should happen to you and if Disney has anything to do with whatever it shall be there terms and agreement policy on the Disney+ app is trying to be used to force thiswidower into an arbitration Which keeps it out of the court system if it’s not within the amount for small claims court, but on top of this video, I have done research and read these terms and agreements, and it highly specifies enforcement of intellectual property rights so I don’t see how any judge could agree with this when what does intellectual property rights have anything to do with protecting them from a wrongful death lawsuit which they have been sued for over $800,000 for a wrongful death lawsuit but I guess that was before they created their app no, it was in fact around 2021 for that lawsuit so there should be no way in hell that their terms and agreement policy on their Disney+ app protect them from someone being injured or killed within their facilities. They would basically have to have them sign paperwork that if you get hurt, we’re not liable but they don’t have that and if they did, have you sign your life away to go about in there amusement park, who in their right mind would sign those type of wagers just to go on rides. Is that how they get away with all this child abductions is that how they get away with all the child rapists how many fucking rapists do they have there? They’ve had multiple groups rings multiple child molester rings, arrested Walt Disneyland employees and most of them shouldn’t even be working around children yet they let that happen are they gonna try to use their terms to protect them from kids, getting raped and kidnapped and probably killed this place. Every location should be shut down in America no more trading hands shut it down. It should have been shut down when they found that the founder and creator of Walt Disney that he was a child molester that should have been the end of this wretched company this company should turn your stomach and make you sick
