Make Money Trading in August 2024

Hey everyone, welcome to this week's [Make Money Trading in August 2024] video ! Today, our topic is all about making money trading in August. We will be discussing how August typically performs in the market and how we can take advantage of it. So, let's dive in.

As we can see from the chart, there is a significant drop in the market once we enter the month of August. This is pretty typical for this month, as July is usually one of the better performing months. However, there is still a slight positive trend in the near term over the past five and ten years, but over a span of 20 years, we can see a slightly negative trend. This is something we have discussed previously, so we were well prepared for this change in seasonality. We might have even seen some profit-taking in late July, which could explain the decline in the market

It's important to note that August is a neutral month, so it's crucial to protect your profits and trade defensively. With higher volatility, which is likely to continue, we need to be cautious in our trades. As we enter September, which historically has been a negative month, it may be appropriate to switch to a bearish approach
