Get Your Maintenance Requests Noticed - Tips for Effective Communication

Best practice is to respond to any maintenance requests within 24 hours. Now to be clear, respond does not mean to have the maintenance request resolved. Although that would be nice. Respond means that the manager acknowledges that they have seen your request and has begun formulating a solution to the issue.
