In honor of me turning 28 years young tomorrow (I will be making another big post for that as well so feel free to wait for then to comment your wishes or you can leave them in the video comments lol), but as you know I love to use my birthdays as a chance to reflect on the past year and try to find the life lessons and wisdom that I can impart onto you guys! And of course, I also included my yearly physique check and flex to hold me accountable and also because I find it to be a fun way to make sure I'm getting better both internally and externally every year! Some takeaways from this video are...I included some of my best friend James's wisdom since he just left for college as a way to honor him, as well as I spoke about valuing every moment, trusting your own unique path and realizing that we all do things at different times and even have different things we do for fun so you need to embrace who you are rather than trying to conform to others, as well as understanding that things will happen for you when it's meant to rather than you needing to force them, and so much more!
