On this 189th day of my sobriety journey, I found myself contemplating the fragility of life after learning that the kind Uncle who ran the small shop up the street passed away overnight. It’s a stark reminder that life is fleeting, and we must truly live in the moment. Death doesn't scare me, but it does make me think about how I want to live—and how I might go.

As for today’s music, I listened to Gabriel Henrique's "Eu Tenho Você," and wow, this was the best performance I've heard from him yet! His voice was pure magic, and I connected with every single note. Join me as I reflect on life, death, and the incredible power of music to touch our souls.
