Bringing Poppies to Life with Natural Colors

I‘m bringing my poppy flower score to life with the natural plant based powder colors. I tried adding depth to the poppy flowers by going in with a lighter red color using more water to thin it out. Then letting it dry and going back over the design with more concentration of the red color.
