Smart Watch Review - VPSTAY Band

The ad says the VPSTAY Band is IP68 Waterproof. Items with an IP68 rating are water resistant in fresh water to a maximum depth of 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes and are protected from dust - all without the need for extra cases or covers.
So, no problem if it gets splashed while you are doing dishes, or taking a quick shower.
This is also great if you work or live in a dusty place.
I liked how this device directed me to scan the QR code when I plugged it in - so much easier to read the setup information online where I can enlarge it as my eyes find deciphering the fine print in these teeny user guides they send with stuff these days is really challenging.
The lozenge shape makes it quite comfortable to wear.
It has a slew of functions - I have not had a chance to try them all yet.
I am having fun experimenting with moving different ways to see how many calories it estimates I am burning.
I have tried out a few of the different watch faces you can download from the app.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the watch still functions without the app and will check my heart rate and steps walked and remind me to get up and move as well as drink water.
The watch is telling me that I am not sleeping very much, so I am going to see if I might be sleepwalking.
When it is connected via Blue Tooth to your phone, it has the greatest functionalities and you can choose to get notifications from a plethora of social media sites.
It has a handy built-in flashlight that looks dim at first glance but is strong enough for me to read my large print copy of Our Daily Bread.
