The law prohibits this repurposing of treatment and funding, but Kamala Harris approved it, while refusing to pass Illegals through the legal immigration process so they could have background checks to make certain that aren't terrorists, Narcotics gangs, child sex Traffickers, murderers or criminals in their own home countries. We're supposed to deport the bad ones, but Biden and Harris want the criminal element to be allowed here, obviously people of their own criminal type, an abominable violation of National Security. That's the issue. Clearly they have a hidden reason for wanting to let the criminals and terrorists in to stay. To what end?
