My battle with the diseases Interstitial Cystitis and Oral Lichen Planus

Just when I was geared up to do several video interviews relating to my extraterrestrial book series, I got whacked with two wicked diseases, one after the other: Interstitial Cystitis (IC) and Oral Lichen Planus (OLP). Nobody knows what causes them though the prevailing theory is autoimmune. There is no cure. All you can do is manage them as best you can because there is no single treatment that works for everybody. You muddle around trying this remedy and that until you find relief. I'm under the care of a urologist for the IC and a dermatologist for the OLP, odd as that sounds. And I'm starting to get my life back.
