Post-Conditioning Pressing & Shoulders
-
First up was incline dumbbells like usual. I did a lighter warmup set then did several triples for working sets followed by an equivalent amount of down sets with a lighter weight for volume
-
Next, I stuck a barbell in the bottom of a rack and did several sets of “Louie’s” barbell pushups
-
Finally, skipping Flyes today I did some Machine Lateral Raises for the side delts continuing my current “shoulder experiment” 😁
