I Made the Hoop Skirt! | Alirien Builds Sybil Rochester [4]

Part 4 of Sybil's garb is the Spanish farthingale, the predecessor to paniers and hoop skirts. This was my first time completing one, and while it needs a size adjustment at the waist, I'm very pleased with it- and Sybil loves it! She adores the fabric, and we're both excited for the next piece, which is the bum roll.
