Dog Loses its Mind Watching Cat

Info from Licensor: "Day 1 of our 7 day stay… this should go well. My house was being fumigated so I was staying with my friend and her French bulldog. I brought my bingo cat with me and she has an exercise wheel that she uses all the time and the dog lost its mind lol. Also after the comments it sounds like the dog is talking which really freaked us out lol."
