INGREDIENTS:
• FOR DOUGH
( makes 4-5 medium naans)

Half cup warm milk
2 tsp instant yeast
2 half cups flour (maida)
Half cup oil
Half tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
Half cup warm water (add very slowly)

Mix together milk and yeast, add flour,salt sugar,oil, egg,mix a bit, then add 2-3 tbsp water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Grease your hands with oil while kneading if too sticky. Spread some oil,cover and put in a warm place for 15-20 mins. It will increase in rise. Punch it, mix it one more time

⁃ CHICKEN FILLING:
300 gms chicken breast (boiled & shredded)
1 small onion
3-4 green chillies
3 tbsp spring onion
3 tbsp coriander
1 & half tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp tikka masala
1 tsp red chili flakes
half tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp oregano
half tsp mixed herbs(or Italian seasoning)

= TOPPINGS
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
Sesame seeds
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp coriander

Bake at 190 c for 9 minutes then boil /grill for 4 minutes .Top it with butter coriander mixture and Enjoy!
