WHERE ATTENTION GOES… - Tarot with Titania – August 16th to 23rd, 2024

Dear friends,

Where are we distracted from right relationship to our self? Where are we losing energy to something that is not congruent with our highest and greatest good? Staying focused on our path, our Yes is what we need to do. There is a lot in the collective human field that can knock us off our centres and distract us from where our attention would best serve.

Change is ongoing. We will transform with greater ease as we keep focussing on our Yes: the aspects of life that ignite our highest inspiration and enthusiasm.

We are pulling future Earth towards us. Are we being intentional about what we want that to look like? Or are we going along with the dystopian, dysfunctional iterations we are being fed? Pay attention! Where attention goes, energy flows! We are creating the future for those who will come after. We have a responsibility to do it well. Call in Beauty, Harmony, Peace, Love, Inspiration, Resilience and Wholeness by our attention to them.

Emotions are part of our inner guidance system. Noticing how we feel provides us with helpful insight. When we feel good, we are aligned with our intentions and Higher Selves. When we feel negative emotion, this indicates we are giving our attention to something not in alignment with what we have intended. There is a lot here to be gently curious about.

As we move forward, time apart to cultivate our relationship to Source energy continues to support our good, creating ease, wellbeing and flow. The energies of this time make it easier than ever to drop into stillness and peace. Hint: always move your body before sitting in meditation, this circulates energy and allows the body to be peaceful and receptive.
