Gilded Pork

This recipe is a challenge recipe in which I'm given the ingredients used in the time period, social class, cooking methods availible from the time period, and the freedom to create an authentic recipe from it. This recipe is delicious and makes a very tasty pork tenderloin or loin that isn't dry or tasteless and has enough flair to be served at a holiday dinner. Unique recipe created by me, but could be considered authentic medieval.
