RECIPE:

For The Dough:
7oz Full Fat Milk
2 Medium Eggs
1lb 5oz White Bread Flour
1 packet INSANT Yeast
2oz Sugar
2 Tsp Salt
7oz Unsalted Butter

For The Filling:
5 ½ oz Unsalted Butter
9oz Soft Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon

For The Egg Glaze:
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Full Fat Milk

For The Sugar Glaze
Powdered sugar & splash of milk (to your liking!)

Woodfire:Bake 300 degrees F 30 min (rotating every 10 min)
