Combat work of heavy snipers of the Pacific Fleet Marine Corps

Soldiers of the Konrad group of heavy mobile snipers from the Kamchatka Marine Corps unit of the Pacific Fleet of the Vostok group of forces thwarted an attempt to conduct a night rotation of Ukrainian Armed Forces units in the South Donetsk direction of a special military operation. The enemy was fired from an ambush using large-caliber sniper rifles, thermal imaging devices and domestically produced attachments. The priority targets for heavy snipers are crews of UAVs, anti-tank weapons of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as foreign mercenaries. In addition, snipers work at a distance of 1000 m or more and against lightly armored enemy vehicles.

This time, the enemy’s attempt to rotate personnel at a large strong point was thwarted. According to our soldiers, they were waiting for the enemy and knew exactly when he would appear here. But the snipers themselves are under constant gunfire. The situation on the front line is such that almost immediately after the shot the shooter’s position is determined. Therefore, snipers need to hide their presence until the last moment.

Heavy mobile snipers also work effectively against lightly armored enemy vehicles.
