Bangladeshi protesters clash with ex-PM Hasina supporters

Hundreds of students and political activists protested in Dhaka. Armed with bamboo sticks, iron rods and pipes they also assaulted supporters of the ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The student protesters reportedly attempted to prevent Hasina's supporters from reaching the house of her father, the assassinated independence leader Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, in the capital.
