The definition of a “holocaust survivor” is as follows: “...any Jew who lived in a country at the time when it was: 1) Under Nazi regime; 2) Under Nazi occupation; or 3) Under regime of Nazi collaborators as well as any Jews who fled due to the above regime or occupation.”

Jews that took all their wealth and assets and willingly left Germany from 1933 onwards, and their descendants, are classified as "holocaust survivors" and are entitled to reparations.
