Gena Rowlands, Legendary Actress Known for "The Notebook," Dies at 94
Gena Rowlands, the iconic actress whose portrayal of the elderly and dementia-stricken Allie in The Notebook touched the hearts of millions, has passed away at the age of 94. Rowlands died peacefully this afternoon at her home in Indian Wells, California, surrounded by her loving family.
