Ingredients (8 servings)
wheat flour
2 cups of all-purpose flour
milk
3/4 cup milk
margarine
2 heaped tablespoons melted margarine
salt
1 pinch of salt
Chemical Baking Powder
1 dessert spoon baking powder

In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, salt and baking powder.

Then stir in the melted margarine and milk.

Knead lightly, as it gets a little mushy.

Cover with a cloth and let sit for 15 minutes.

Turn on the oven to medium temperature, grease a pizza pan with plenty of oil and with your hands roll out the dough inside the pan.

Bake it.

When the dough is getting browned, take it out of the oven, put ready tomato sauce, a layer of ham, cottage cheese and cover with mozzarella.

Place tomato slices on top and sprinkle with oregano.

Return to the oven to melt the mozzarella and enjoy.
