Second Angel's Message: Venerating The Saints

Venerating the saints is prominent in Catholicism. Do saints continue to intercede for those on earth after they pass away? Do saints have power to heal the sick and raise the dead the same as Jesus Christ? What are the qualifications of a saint? God tells us that communication with the dead is forbidden. He also tells us when we perform our good works, the right hand should not know what the left hand is doing. God wants to remove ambiguity or confusion regarding the definition of saints in the bible and the definition of saints in the Catholic Church.
